Description
This machine is designed to strengthen the chest, shoulder, and triceps muscles through flat and incline bench press exercises, offering the convenience of varying the incline angle to target different areas of the chest and shoulders.
Structure: The machine has an adjustable seat and a backrest that can be inclined at various angles to perform flat and incline bench press exercises. It has two grips located at chest height connected to a weight stack through a pulley system.
Adjustment mechanism: It incorporates a selectorized weight system that allows the user to adjust the desired load for the exercise by inserting a pin into a weight stack. Additionally, the backrest angle can be easily adjusted to switch between flat and incline bench press. It also features adjustable seat and backrest to fit users of different sizes and strength levels.
Operation: The user sits on the machine with their back against the backrest and grabs the handles at chest height. Then, push the handles forward until the arms are fully extended and then lower the weight controlled towards the chest. For the incline exercise, the user adjusts the backrest to an inclined position and performs the same upward movement, focusing more on the upper chest and shoulders.
