Operation: The user sits on the machine adjusting the height to rest properly and comfortably on the chest backrest. Grasp the handles and pull towards yourself while exhaling. Hold the position and slowly return to the starting position while inhaling. During the exercise, ensure to keep the shoulders down and back to avoid injuries.
