What is the assembly timeframe?

The timeframe adjusts based on the workload of the technicians, so the recommendation is to check it on the assembly sheet where it will be properly updated. The technician will contact you 1 or 2 days in advance to agree on the day and time of the service. The maximum agreed timeframe is 4 days from the generation of the work order. What can I do?

The technical team will leave the machine fully operational so you can enjoy it 100%, but if for any reason this is not the case, the technician will inform us. However, you can send us an email or call us to expedite the resolution. If a few days later you notice any issue with the machine, please let us know so they can urgently come to check it. How do I request it?

If you have purchased more than one machine and need assembly for each of them, it is best to contact us to request a quote so we can offer you a better price.

How do I know which assembly I should hire?

All our products come with an instruction manual so you can assemble them, but if you prefer an expert to do the job, we have a team of professionals who can do it for you. To hire this service, you just have to add to the cart the type of assembly you need; this assembly will be listed below related to the product you want to buy.

Curbside delivery + subsequent installation; these assemblies are done after you receive the machine: First, we send the machine to you free of charge curbside within the timeframe indicated by the product, and the assembly is done afterward also within the established timeframe. The technician will notify you one or two days in advance to give you the assembly appointment. Remember that with this option, the machine must be located where you want the assembly to be done.

Curbside delivery + subsequent installation of cardio machines (bikes, rowers, ellipticals...) Curbside delivery + subsequent installation of multi-stations (two prices depending on complexity and pulleys) Home delivery + simultaneous installation, delivery, and assembly at the same time.

In this case, we send the machine to the technician, and the technician will deliver the product to you, place it where you want, and assemble it. The total order timeframe will be as indicated in your order confirmation for delivery and joint assembly.

Home delivery + simultaneous installation of cardio and strength machines without pulleys Home delivery + simultaneous installation of multi-stations with pulleys (two prices depending on complexity and pulleys). Each product will have the appropriate assembly related; you just have to add it to your order if you want to hire it.

Can I hire assembly if I live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla?

At this time, the service is only available in Spain (peninsula).

Can I hire machine assembly?

If you want to buy a machine and think you won't know how to assemble it, you can hire the assembly service at the time of purchase. You will find this product-service below the machine in the inseparables section, and you can add it to your cart like any other product. You can also hire or buy the assembly afterward as long as you have purchased the machine from us.

The assembly is not immediate; it has its own timeframe as it requires planning by the technician. The technician will call you one or two days in advance, no more. The machine must be located where it will be assembled since the technician only handles the assembly.
