The starting point

Núcleo Sport was created as a joint project with Pádel Indoor Hospitalet. For almost a year, they prepared the space and compared brands, looking for equipment that matched what they wanted to offer.

What was installed

The gym is organized into three zones. The free weights area features two Smith Machines, a power cage, bench press stations, and dumbbells from 2.5 to 50 kg. The cardio area has six machines, including treadmills, an elliptical, bikes, and a rowing machine. At the back, the machine area features the Pro Series selectorized line, allowing all muscle groups to be trained with guided movement at any level.
