The Belt Squat lever machine from the Pro Tech Series range allows performing hip-loaded squats completely eliminating pressure on the spine. The load is transferred from the back to the hips through the belt, enabling work with heavy loads, greater depth, and better activation of the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings — without compromising the lumbar area at any time.

3-Level Adjustable Platform to Adapt the Biomechanics of the Movement

The 86 x 65 cm non-slip platform is adjustable in 3 inclination levels, allowing modification of the working angle to target different muscle groups and adapt to each user’s morphology. Its large surface provides enough space to adopt both a conventional and a sumo stance, with total freedom of foot placement without width or angle restrictions.

Three Anchoring Points and Three Grip Options for Precise Load Distribution

The belt system includes 3 anchoring points with carabiners that allow adjusting the height and load distribution according to the user’s height and goals. The exercise is complemented by 3 grip options — including an extra-long handle — offering different holding positions to maintain control and stability throughout the movement. The 4 integrated weight plate storage bars on the frame keep the load always within reach without taking up additional floor space.
