Front Lever Lat Pulldown: latissimus dorsi with independent arms and divergent path

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Front Lever Lat Pulldown machine is a plate-loaded pulldown with a guided movement path, designed to isolate and strengthen the latissimus dorsi. It replicates the feel and range of motion of free weights with the control of a machine, concentrating the effort on the back throughout the entire movement.

It is suitable for sports clubs, personal training centers, and boutique gyms with regular users, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its comfortable entry and exit. The user sits on a seat with a padded roller and rear support, and adjusts the height using a hydraulic gas spring and lever.

The machine is constructed from Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing. The double-layer electrostatic powder coating preserves the finish despite continuous contact with plates and footwear.

Independent arms with a divergent path

Each lever arm works independently, so each side follows its own path and the dominant side cannot compensate for the weaker one. The divergent movement separates the arms during the pulldown, follows the natural mechanics of the latissimus dorsi, and promotes a more intense contraction at the end of the movement.

Stable position and Olympic plate loading

The padded roller and rear support keep the user securely seated during the pull, ensuring that the back performs the work rather than body momentum. The load is mounted with Olympic plates on both sleeves, and the four frame-mounted holders store plates that are not in use.
