Incline Plate-Loaded Chest Press: upper chest with independent converging arms

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Incline Plate-Loaded Chest Press machine is a guided-path, plate-loaded press designed to isolate and strengthen the pectoralis major, triceps, and anterior deltoid. Its backrest reclines at a pronounced angle to focus effort on the upper chest, combining the feel of free weights with the control of a machine.

It fits well in boutique gyms, training centers with regular clients, and hotels with fitness rooms, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its comfortable entry and exit. The backrest features a padded headrest that supports the user during the press.

The frame is manufactured from Q235 steel with 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing, while the double powder-coat application preserves the finish against continuous contact with plates and footwear.

Independent arms with converging movement

Each lever arm moves independently, so each side follows its own path and the dominant side cannot compensate for the weaker one. The converging movement brings the handles toward the center during the press, follows the natural mechanics of the pectoral muscles, and promotes a more complete contraction at the end of the movement.

Assisted seat adjustment and integrated storage

A hydraulic gas spring with lever allows the seat height to be adjusted without standing up, making it easy to share the machine among users of different heights. The load is mounted with Olympic plates on both sleeves, and the six frame-mounted storage posts hold plates that are not in use.
