Isolateral Lever Military Press: shoulders and triceps with independent arms and converging range of motion

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Isolateral Lever Military Press machine is a seated, plate-loaded shoulder press with a guided path, designed to isolate and strengthen the anterior and medial deltoids and the triceps. The overhead press recreates the feel of free weights with the control of a machine.

It fits into civic centers with fitness rooms, yacht clubs, and office-building gyms, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its convenient entry and exit. The backrest with padded headrest supports the user during the press, and the seat adjusts in height with a hydraulic gas spring and lever.

The frame combines Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing with a double layer of electrostatic powder coating, a construction designed to maintain its appearance despite continuous contact with plates and footwear.

Each shoulder with its own converging range of motion

The two lever arms move independently, so each side follows its own path and the dominant side cannot compensate for the weaker one. The converging movement brings the handles toward the center during the press, follows the shoulder’s natural mechanics, and promotes a fuller contraction at the end of the movement.

Adjustable seat and firm support from the first repetition

The assisted adjustment allows the seat to be positioned at the correct height without getting up from it, making it easier to share the machine among users of different heights. The non-slip platforms at the base provide stable foot support. The load is mounted with Olympic plates on both sleeves, and the four frame supports store plates that are not in use.
