The 100° angle between the backrest and seat allows for a greater range of motion, promoting more complete execution without compromising pelvic stability or lumbar alignment. The 4 roller height settings adapt precisely to each user's tibia length, while the 5 lever-arm settings allow the starting position and range of the exercise to be customized.
