The Competition Hybrid Push and Pull Sled is designed for training in strength, power, and physical conditioning, combining pushing and dragging exercises in one frame. Its configuration is designed for gyms, CrossTraining boxes, hybrid training, and competitions, for both individual sessions and high-intensity circuits.

Made from Q235 steel, it has a sturdy base designed to support a 200 kg maximum load. Its four 100 cm-high push posts allow you to work from different positions, while the central loading point is compatible with 50 mm Olympic weight plates.

Push and pull in one station

The sled features two anchor points for dragging exercises and includes a carabiner for connecting a rope. The posts have a chrome finish, and the frame features a powder-coated finish, combining durability with a finish designed for frequent use.

Can be used on artificial grass, turf, and rubber flooring and is delivered fully assembled, ready to be added directly to the training area.
