Usage Method

How to lubricate a treadmill

1. Turn off and unplug the machine for safety.

2. If the belt has a reservoir, spray the liquid directly into it.

3. If it does not have a reservoir, lift the treadmill belt from one side and apply the lubricant directly under the belt, spreading it evenly along the central area.

4. Replace the belt in its position.

5. Turn on the machine at low speed for a few minutes so the product distributes completely.
